The new dishes at
These new dishes on our tables at the end of this 2018: always in the spirit of “hyper-local,” this work by our partner, T Comme Terre, ceramicist and potter in Dieulefit, is featured. He has created all the dishes used in the restaurant. From enamelware to baking dishes, including fabrication, the pieces are unique, made using ancestral techniques.
