With a menu renewed every month, you can taste delicate and delicious cuisine, created with the flavors and scents of Provence, and fresh & seasonal products mainly from our vegetable garden.
Trout and lamb from Ardèche, guinea fowl from Drôme, asparagus from Gard … Our local producers provide us with only best. Whether it be duck breast, candied chestnuts, truffles ... all are selected with the utmost rigor by local producers. Our fruits and vegetables as well as our herbs of Provence (Thyme, rosemary, savory ...) come from our garden.
In the kitchen, our Chef Riccardo BERTO imposes his signature ; he revisits with finesse and creativity the great classics of the French culinary tradition and dresses them of with originality and lightness. A refined « greenstronomic » culinary experience, wrapped in a festival of Provençal scents. You will appreciate our restaurant where everything is homemade, including the desserts and cocktails, of which some are flavored with syrups and liqueurs from the local distillery of Eyguebelle.
This gourmet and elegant cuisine harmonizes with a wine list, mainly from regional vineyards.
